Goods are sold “as is, where is” basis, EXW Raisio, Finland (Incoterms 2020), if not mentioned otherwise. 

 Payment & Pricing

Prices are net prices, VAT 0%. 
Full advance payment unless separately agreed otherwise. 

In case you are:  

• A private purchaser / consumer inside EU, please note that VAT (tax) will be added to the total price. Tax rate (%) is determined by the destination country, same as given in the delivery address. 

• A business buyer inside EU (except Finnish companies), please provide us your valid VAT ID and the price stays the same (no VAT added) 

• Outside EU VAT is not applied 

• Finnish companies & private consumers tax (VAT 24%) will be added to the price 

Shipping & Handling 

Delivery terms: Ex Works Raisio, Finland (Incoterms 2020) 
Buyer is responsible for taxes, duties and other possible import charges. 

International shipping service 
Parcels: Fedex and DHL  
Pallets: TNT and DHL  

All items are packaged with care to ensure full protection during shipping. 

*All courier shipments are insured based on the unit’s value and not weight* 

Most items are shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment. 
Orders placed after 10 a.m. UTC+2  on Friday will ship the following Monday. 

Warranty & Returns

A 5 Star Positive Rating is important to us! 

Contact us within 14 days after receiving the purchased unit to request a refund if you notice any failure (If the item includes warranty). Please explain the failure in details with pictures included and pack the unit to the same box it was delivered to you. We will order a return ticket for the failing unit. We will issue the full refund of the unit price after receiving the unit back to us. Please note that as a buyer you are responsible for the return shipping & handling charges.  

If the product is damaged due to the Buyer's mis-handling or return shipping process, we will not refund, and we will notify eBay for return policy abuse.  

AS-IS items are sold without warranty  
Buyer pays shipping charges for returned items.
