This page outlines the terms and conditions for both the sale and rental of equipment, including payment, taxes, shipping, and returns. The sale includes equipment ONLY. No other parts or accessories are included unless otherwise mentioned.
Payment & Pricing
Prices are net prices, VAT 0%. Full advance payment unless separately agreed.
In case you are:
A private purchaser / consumer inside EU, please note that VAT (tax) will be added to the total price. Tax rate (%) is determined by the destination country, same as given in the delivery address.
A business buyer inside EU (except Finnish companies), please provide us your valid VAT ID and the price stays the same (no VAT added)
Outside EU, VAT is not applied
Finnish companies & private consumers tax (VAT 25.5%) will be added to the price
Taxes
All customs duties, import fees, and applicable state and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is provided.
If these fees fail to be paid by the customer and the shipment is returned to us, a $250 processing fee and all shipping costs (both to and from the buyer) will apply. These charges will be deducted from any refund, or billed directly if the refund does not cover the full amount.
Shipping & Handling
Delivery terms: Incoterms 2020 applies
Our International shipping service partners: FedEx and DHL
All items are packaged with care to ensure full protection during shipping.
Most items are shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment.
To ensure smooth delivery and avoid any extra charges, please provide complete and accurate contact information and monitor your shipment so you can promptly handle any customs or delivery requirements.
If any transportation or customs related documents fail to be delivered and the shipment is returned to us, a $250 processing fee and all shipping costs (both to and from the buyer) will apply. These charges will be deducted from any refund or billed directly if the refund does not cover the full amount.
In case of a damaged shipping box, the damage has to be reported to the courier in pursuance of receiving the delivery.
Additionally, pictures of the damaged box / goods should be taken immediately.

Please contact us if you find defects from the unit and we will agree to further actions.
Contact us within 14 days after receiving the purchased unit if it should fail to work as we described. Please explain the failure in details with pictures included. According to our return policy you have the option to return the item and/or receive a replacement or get a refund. Please note the buyer is responsible for the return shipping & handling charges.
We do not offer refunds for products that are damaged due to mishandling by the buyer. Additionally, our return policy does not cover malfunctions resulting from normal wear and tear or improper use of the equipment.
Our return policy limits liability to cover max total value of purchased unit as well It does not cover “AS-IS” – sold units.

Trade Compliance
Upon purchasing, the Customer guarantees and assumes full and exclusive responsibility for ensuring that all use, transfer, export, re-export, resale, and other disposition of the products complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation export-control, sanctions, dual-use, and customs requirements in Finland, the European Union, and any other relevant jurisdiction.
The Customer is required to immediately inform the Supplier of any changes to the information at any time. After delivery, the Supplier bears no responsibility or liability for the Customer’s continued compliance with any applicable requirements.
(1) The Customer shall not sell, export or re-export, directly or indirectly, to the Russian Federation/Belarus or for use in the Russian Federation/Belarus any goods supplied under or in connection with this Agreement that falls under the scope of Article 12g of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 and No. 765/2006.
(2) The Customer shall undertake its best efforts to ensure that the purpose of paragraph (1) is not frustrated by any third parties further down the commercial chain, including by possible resellers.
(3) The Customer shall set up and maintain an adequate monitoring mechanism to detect conduct by any third parties further down the commercial chain, including by possible resellers, that would frustrate the purpose of paragraph (1).
(4) Any violation of paragraphs (1), (2) or (3) shall constitute a material breach of an essential element of this Agreement, and the Supplier shall be entitled to seek appropriate remedies, including, but not limited to: (i) termination of this Agreement; and (ii) a penalty of 20 % of the total value of this Agreement or price of the goods exported, whichever is higher.
(5) The Customer shall immediately inform the Supplier about any problems in applying paragraphs (1), (2) or (3), including any relevant activities by third parties that could frustrate the purpose of paragraph (1). The Customer shall make available to the Supplier information concerning compliance with the obligations under paragraph (1), (2) and (3) within two weeks of the simple request of such information.
