Your instrument can be controlled at no additional cost using the BenchVue Basic Power Meter/Sensor Control and Analysis App (BV0007B). This app simplifies instrument connection and control. Download the BenchVue Basic Power Meter/Sensor App (BV0007B). Note that the basic version does not include KeysightCare support and is one revision behind the licensed version. For access to the latest features and support, the licensed (paid) version of the BenchVue Power Meter/Sensor Control and Analysis App is available.

Internal Triggering and Trace Display Capability

Internal triggering allows triggering based on the burst signal envelope, eliminating the need for an external signal. The trace display provides a graphical view of the signal envelope to assist with gate placement and trigger level setup. All U2000 power sensors, except for the U2004A, feature these capabilities.

Warranty & Returns

Contact us within 14 days after receiving the purchased unit to request a refund if you notice any failure (If the item includes warranty). Please explain the failure in details with pictures included and pack the unit to the same box it was delivered to you. We will order a return ticket for the failing unit. We will issue the full refund of the unit price after receiving the unit back to us. Please note that as a buyer you are responsible for the return shipping & handling charges.  

If the product is damaged due to the Buyer's mis-handling or return shipping process, we will not refund, and we will notify eBay for return policy abuse.
