The 33220A function / arbitrary waveform generator will be discontinued December 1, 2016 and is replaced by next-generation 33500 Series Trueform waveform generators. The last day to place an order for these products is November 30, 2016. All items are packaged with care to ensure full protection during shipping.

Warranty & Returns

Contact us within 14 days after receiving the purchased unit to request a refund if you notice any failure (If the item includes warranty). Please explain the failure in details with pictures included and pack the unit to the same box it was delivered to you. We will order a return ticket for the failing unit. We will issue the full refund of the unit price after receiving the unit back to us. Please note that as a buyer you are responsible for the return shipping & handling charges.  

If the product is damaged due to the Buyer's mis-handling or return shipping process, we will not refund, and we will notify eBay for return policy abuse.
