Use the Keysight InfiniiMax II Series 1168A probe amplifier with Infiniium Series oscilloscopes to get real-time bandwidth up to 10 GHz. The award winning InfiniiMax Series probing system supports even the most demanding mechanical access requirements without sacrificing performance.

We ship packages with Fedex and freight with TNT unless requested otherwise.

Letters can be selected to shipped with either standard postal services (no insurance nor tracking code) or with courier services (includes the insurance and tracking code).

Warranty and Returns

Contact us within 14 days after receiving the purchased unit to request a refund if you notice any failure (If the item includes warranty). Please explain the failure in details with pictures included and pack the unit to the same box it was delivered to you. We will order a return ticket for the failing unit. We will issue the full refund of the unit price after receiving the unit back to us. Please note that as a buyer you are responsible for the return shipping & handling charges.
If the product is damaged due to the Buyer's mis-handling or return shipping process, we will not refund, and we will notify eBay for return policy abuse.
